Criminal Law is one of the deepest and emotionally most complicated areas of lawyer activities. The modern court is based on principles of equality and competitiveness of parties which means that the prosecuting attorney and the defendant party should enjoy the same rights, however, unfortunately, in a number of cases, the defendant party is deprived of the opportunities available for the prosecutor due to the legal loophole which makes effective defense complicated.
Criminal Law is one of the most labor-intensive areas for a lawyer. The stake is extremely high at the trial – there is a similar likelihood that incorrectly selected defense strategy as well as the incorrectly selected prosecution strategy may cause extremely strict punishment for the defendant or non-satisfaction of the claim of the prosecuting attorney.
